Join Swift Collision as an Express Technician Position Summary
We are looking for an Express Technician who takes pride in quality work, shows integrity, and enjoys being part of a supportive team. You will have the tools, training, and opportunities you need to grow with us. If you like staying busy, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced shop, this role may be a great fit.
What You Will DoPerform assigned repairs with accuracy and efficiency, following company standards and repair orders.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Brake pad and rotor replacement
- Front and rear struts and shocks
- Tire mounting and balancing
- Wheel alignments
- Basic oil and filter services
Additional duties:
- Inspect and top off vehicle fluids
- Check tire pressure and adjust as needed
- Communicate with Parts when items are needed
- Document work performed on the repair order
- Keep your work area clean and safe
- Care for company tools and equipment
- Follow all safety and environmental guidelines
- Support teammates and help where needed
Position Requirements:
