Maintenance Technician/Painter at Indian Springs Apartments in Broken Arrow, OK. The Maintenance Technician/Painter will perform general maintenance and repairs and apply specialized skills in areas such as HVAC, plumbing, painting and electrical as well as assist the Maintenance Supervisor.

• Perform general maintenance and repairs and apply specialized skills in HVAC, plumbing, painting and electrical; assist the Maintenance Supervisor.

• Ideal candidate has HVAC certification with 3+ years of Maintenance Technician experience.
• Must be able to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment.
• This candidate must be available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• Experience in painting is a must.
