Ryan Lawn & Tree is a top-tier lawn and landscape company in the U.S. We are expanding our irrigation department and are looking for a skilled and motivated Irrigation Service Specialist to join our dedicated team. This role is crucial for maintaining and optimizing residential and commercial irrigation systems, ensuring efficient water use and healthy landscapes.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial irrigation systems.
• Install new components, including controllers, valves, heads, and piping.
• Perform essential seasonal maintenance (system startups, shut-downs, and winterizations).
• Identify and correct issues such as leaks, electrical problems, and coverage gaps.
• Conduct system audits and recommend water‑saving upgrades.
• Clearly communicate with customers about repairs, maintenance, and service recommendations.
• Assist in completing irrigation installation or service/repair on client properties.
• Provide excellent account management and customer service.

• 2+ years of experience in irrigation installation or service/repair.
• Outstanding customer service abilities.
• Ability to work in diverse weather conditions.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to push/pull objects while walking at least 3 miles per day.

• Full‑time, year‑round employment with a starting salary of $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 (depending on experience) with growth potential.
