Hire Call is seeking an Experienced Sign Installer to join a growing team in Broken Arrow, OK. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual with hands-on experience installing commercial signage, including illuminated signs, channel letters, monument signs, pole signs, flat panel signs, and interior and exterior graphics. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills, experience working at heights, knowledge of sign installation and production techniques, and the ability to safely operate installation equipment.

Candidates who own a reliable truck capable of transporting signs and installation materials are strongly preferred. This is a full-time opportunity offering competitive hourly pay and monthly bonus opportunities after successfully completing the probationary period.

• Sign Installation & Field Work
• Install, service, maintain, and remove commercial interior and exterior signage.
• Install channel letters, illuminated signs, monument signs, pole signs, wall signs, flat panel signs, and post-and-panel signage.
• Install vinyl lettering, full-color printed graphics, and other custom signage at customer locations.
• Safely operate bucket trucks, boom lifts, scissor lifts, ladders, and other installation equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, measurements, and installation instructions.
• Measure, drill, mount, secure, and properly align signage on buildings and structures.
• Perform basic electrical connections and troubleshooting on illuminated signs when qualified and authorized.
• Perform site surveys, obtain measurements, and gather information necessary for accurate quotes and sign production.
• Inspect completed installations to ensure quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Sign Production & Vinyl Graphics
• Prepare surfaces and substrates for vinyl application, including cleaning, cutting, painting, and laminating as needed.
• Weed excess vinyl from computer-cut graphics and lettering.
• Perform finishing work, including laminating, mounting, encapsulating, and applying printed graphics.
• Assist with preparing signage and materials for installation.
• Properly handle and store signs, graphics, and installation materials to prevent damage.
• Project Coordination & Communication
• Maintain an accurate installation schedule and meet established project deadlines.
• Manage multiple installation projects simultaneously while maintaining quality workmanship.
• Coordinate with sales and production teams to provide accurate installation time estimates and realistic project deadlines.
• Communicate project updates, installation details, and potential delays to sales staff, management, and customers.
• Respond promptly to project-related questions and messages.
• Communicate professionally with customers to understand project needs and installation requirements.
• Assist with customer service, answering phones, and front-counter duties as needed.
• Equipment, Inventory & Safety
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized installation equipment safely.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and minor repairs when necessary.
• Monitor inventory levels and report materials or supplies needing replenishment to management.
• Load, unload, transport, and properly store signage, raw materials, and equipment.
• Maintain clean and organized work spaces, storage areas, vehicles, and installation equipment.
• Follow OSHA guidelines, industry safety standards, and company safety procedures.
