Overview
We are seeking an organised, proactive and highly professional School Business Administrator to join our team.
This key role is responsible for the day-to-day management of the school office, ensuring efficient administrative systems and delivering excellent customer service to pupils, staff, parents and visitors. You will work closely with the Head Teacher and Trust central teams, supporting finance, HR and operational processes across the school.
Responsibilities- Managing the school office and overseeing administrative support
- Supporting financial processes including income, orders, and banking
- Assisting with HR administration, recruitment and safeguarding compliance
- Managing data, statutory returns and confidential records
- Leading and supporting office staff, ensuring high standards of service
- Coordinating events and liaising with stakeholders and external agencies
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills, experience of administrative systems, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. A professional, flexible approach and a commitment to confidentiality are essential.
