Admin Officer – Development Management – #OR110730

Bromley Council is seeking an Admin Officer to provide technical and administrative support to the Development Management Teams within the Local Planning Authority. Based at Churchill Court, Bromley, this temporary role pays £14.52–£18.81 per hour and is available from 10 August 2026.

The role covers the full range of planning administration support across applications, trees, appeals, and enforcement. Key duties include the registration and validation of planning applications and appeals, handling incoming correspondence and enquiries (including enforcement enquiries and complaints), and producing notices, letters, lists, emails, and decisions.
