Our client, a leading player in the luxury hospitality sector, is seeking a detail-oriented Client Partnerships Administrator to join their team in Bromley. As a Client Partnerships Administrator, the successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the client management team, ensuring seamless communication and fostering strong relationships with clients.
Required Experience- A minimum of two years' experience in a legal secretary, legal administrator or similar legal support role
- Experience reviewing contracts and legal documents for accuracy, consistency and alignment with approved wording and templates
- Excellent written communication and inbox management skills, with the ability to respond to client queries promptly and professionally
- A proactive, client-focused approach, including effective follow-up to minimise delays and maintain smooth service delivery
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the discretion to manage internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior leaders
- Assisting in the management and development of client partnerships
- Coordinating client meetings and preparing necessary documentation
- Maintaining accurate records and databases to track client interactions
- Providing administrative support to enhance client experience and satisfaction
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met effectively
- Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in financial services or insurance
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
- A proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding service
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
