Senior Vehicle Technician

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable family-run dealership in Bromley, seeking an experienced Senior Vehicle Technician to join their dedicated workshop team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for skilled technicians to develop their career within a respected dealership group, working with multiple vehicle franchises and benefiting from ongoing manufacturer training.

Duties of the Senior Vehicle Technician:

Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on a wide range of vehicles
Diagnose faults using advanced diagnostic equipment
Carry out complex repairs accurately and efficiently
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional approach
Keep up to date with the latest manufacturer guidelines and technology through continuous training
Ensure high standards of work to minimise vehicle returns and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements of the Senior Vehicle Technician:

Minimum Level 2 Technician qualification or equivalent
Proven experience as a Senior Vehicle Technician within a dealership environment
Strong diagnostic skills and ability to work on complex vehicle systems
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
Passion for vehicle maintenance and continuous professional development
