Senior Vehicle Technician

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable family-run dealership in Bromley, seeking an experienced Senior Vehicle Technician to join their dedicated workshop team. • Competitive salary ranging from £35,000 to £50,000 basic, plus performance-based bonuses

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on a wide range of vehicles
• Diagnose faults using advanced diagnostic equipment
• Carry out complex repairs accurately and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional approach
• Keep up to date with the latest manufacturer guidelines and technology through continuous training
• Ensure high standards of work to minimise vehicle returns and improve customer satisfaction

• Minimum Level 2 Technician qualification or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Senior Vehicle Technician within a dealership environment
• Strong diagnostic skills and ability to work on complex vehicle systems
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
• Passion for vehicle maintenance and continuous professional development
