Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the construction sector.

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.

* Lead Generation and actioning.

* Client Meetings & Meeting Reports

* Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.

* Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure alignment between client requirements and candidate selection.

* Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.

* Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction.

* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development.

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or business development, preferably within the construction sector.

* Strong understanding of the construction industry and its specific recruitment needs.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.

* Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

* Proficient in using recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
