Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Bromley Town
A multi-disciplinary construction consultancy with an expanding Quantity Surveying team is seeking a professional and driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their head office in Kent/South London.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

Working alongside the QS director, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a key role across public sector projects, including a major £100m+ regeneration scheme.

Alongside project delivery, carrying out pre and post contract services, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will also help mentor and line manage the QS team, and interface with clients.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
Ideally MRICS, but not essential
UK PQS / Construction Consultancy experience
Comfortable delivering multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent pre contract knowledge
