Senior Building Surveyor

We are currently working with a highly respected, award-winning property consultancy within the social housing and public sectors. They are looking to appoint a Senior Building Surveyor to join their established team in Kent.
 
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and commercially aware professional to step into a key role, working on meaningful projects that make a real impact in the community.
 
As a Senior Building Surveyor, you'll take ownership of a diverse range of projects, delivering surveying services, managing client relationships, and contributing to the growth of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and deliver building surveying projects across a varied portfolio

· Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business and referrals

· Prepare tender documents, technical reports, and manage project timelines and budgets

· Participate in strategic planning and contribute to business development

· Ensure compliance with health and safety, QA, and environmental standards
 
You will:

· Ideally MRICS qualified, with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience

· Have strong technical skills and commercial acumen

· Be organised, proactive, and confident managing your own workload
