We are looking for an ambitious Associate Building Surveyor MRICS to join an established multi-discipline practice in Bromley. This is a great opportunity for an experienced surveyor who enjoys delivering high-quality projects while mentoring and developing junior team members.

You the successful Associate Building Surveyor will play a key role in managing client relationships, leading projects from inception to completion and supporting the continued growth of the business.

The role of the Associate Building Surveyor

Deliver a wide range of building surveying and project services across commercial and residential sectors
Proficient in JCT contract administration
Lead projects through all stages, ensuring quality, programme, and budget control
Act as a key client contact and help develop long-term relationships
Provide mentorship and technical support to junior surveyors and trainees
Assist with business development and contributing to team growth
Work collaboratively within a professional, supportive environment
About You

Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS)
Strong background in project delivery and professional services
Proven experience managing multiple projects at once
Confident mentoring and developing junior staff
Commercially aware with excellent client-facing skills
Motivated, organised and keen to progress at full Partnership status
