Senior Quantity Surveyor

Salary up to £75,000 (DOE)
A rapidly growing and well-established construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team in Bromley. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of projects within the residential, commercial, education, and public sectors, while playing a key role in the continued growth of the business.

The Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for delivering a full range of cost management services, including:
Pre- and post-contract cost management
Cost planning, estimating, and budgeting
Procurement advice and tender management
Contract administration and commercial management
Valuations, variations, and final accounts
Risk management and value engineering
Client liaison and provision of strategic commercial advice
Mentoring and supporting junior surveyors
Contributing to business development and client growth
About You
The ideal candidate will be:
An experienced Quantity Surveyor operating at Senior level
Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
MRICS qualified or working towards chartership
Commercially astute with strong technical knowledge
Confident managing projects and client relationships independently
A strong communicator with a collaborative approach
Ambitious and keen to progress within a growing consultancy
Experience across sectors such as commercial, residential, education, or public sector projects would be highly advantageous.
