Building Surveyor role based in Bromley, London with an established multidisciplinary consultancy delivering public sector housing and wider property consultancy work. MRICS is preferred but candidates progressing toward chartership are relevant.
Responsibilities
* Deliver Building Surveying projects from inception to completion
* Undertake contract administration across housing projects
* Prepare technical reports, specifications and defect assessments
* Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors
* Coordinate statutory approvals and project delivery priorities
Requirements
* Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
* Consultancy Building Surveying experience
* Public sector housing exposure advantageous
* Contract administration capability
* Previous client-facing technical delivery experience
Salary & Package
* £45,000–£60,000 base salary
* Hybrid working
* Structured APC support
* Progression toward senior responsibilities
