Location: West Wickham
TSA Surveying are currently supporting a Housing Association in Croydon and require qualified Stock Condition Surveyor
Role Overview :
Conduct stock condition and RDSAP Surveys across residential properties in and around Croydon and Southeast London(CRO,CR2, SE25,SE19, CR4 and CR7) Portfolio of 1500 properties Paid per survey Bedsits,Flats, Houses and Blocks Outside IR35 Must have RDSAP EXPERIENCE Must be bale to commit to 4/5 DAYS A WEEK. Survey Template available
