Daniel Owen Ltd is recruiting an experienced Estimator in Bromley for building restoration and external refurbishment projects. You will lead the estimating function, preparing bids for schemes ranging from £300,000 to over £1.4 million, and collaborate with clients, subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive tenders.
The role requires a strong track record in main-contract work, excellent costing, drawing interpretation and negotiation skills, plus a Full UK Driving Licence.
