The Role

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll act as the Employer's Agent across multiple residential developments, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with the client's commercial and contractual objectives.

  • Acting as Employer's Agent under JCT Design & Build contracts

  • Managing programmes, budgets, quality and project risks
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams
  • Chairing project meetings and driving project delivery

  • Producing high-quality reports for developers, funders and senior stakeholders
About You

We're looking for someone who combines strong technical knowledge with excellent commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.

  • MRICS, MCIOB or a degree in Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related discipline
  • At least 5 years' experience acting as an Employer's Agent
  • A proven track record delivering residential development projects from pre-construction through to completion
  • Experience working with developers, housing associations, investors, local authorities or funding institutions
  • Excellent knowledge of JCT Design & Build contracts
  • A solid understanding of the Building Safety Act, planning process and construction programme management
  • Strong commercial, contractual and negotiation skills
  • The confidence to challenge consultants and contractors where required
  • Excellent communication, organisation and reporting skills
Why Apply?
