Trainee Service Advisor

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is confident, approachable and eager to learn. As a Trainee Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to book vehicles in for servicing and repairs, understanding their needs, and ensuring they receive a smooth and professional experience from start to finish.

No previous motor trade experience is necessary, as full training and ongoing support will be provided. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude who enjoys working with people and delivering excellent customer service. You'll need to be a quick thinker, able to listen carefully, communicate confidently and help resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
