Helping children feel settled, safe and understood
Working closely with teachers and the school’s SEND team
Using creativity, play and positive routines to help pupils thrive
Celebrating the tiny wins that make a huge difference over time

A resilient team player who can stay calm on the tougher days
Someone eager to learn and open to trying new strategies
What you will get with Protocol Education

A supportive consultant who celebrates your wins and checks in regularly
Free specialised training, including our Thrive Child Development course
A workplace that values you as much as the children you support
