Smart Teachers is currently recruiting Graduate Cover Supervisors to support our partner secondary schools across Bromley. Role Overview :
Supervise lessons across a range of subjects using resources provided by the school
Maintain a focused and orderly classroom environment
Offer support to students and manage any disruptions in line with school behaviour policies
Liaise with teachers and staff to report on student progress
We're Looking For:
Recent graduates from any discipline
Individuals who are confident, professional, and passionate about working with young people
Previous experience working with children or teens (e.g. coaching, tutoring, youth work) is desirable
A willingness to learn and grow in a school-based environment
