We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Bricklaying Lecturer to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a professional with a passion for teaching and bricklaying, aiming to inspire and educate students from Level 1 to Level 2 in bricklaying skills.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Teach bricklaying to students of varying abilities, from Level 1 to Level 2.
• Collaborate with the Curriculum Manager on the expansion and development of the bricklaying department.
• Deliver high-quality education and support students in achieving their career and life ambitions.
• Promote bricklaying courses and the Construction curriculum at marketing events and through various channels.
• Engage with students effectively, using your industry experience to enhance learning outcomes.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in teaching and/or relevant industry experience in bricklaying.
• Minimum of Level 2 literacy and numeracy (GCSE or equivalent).
• Qualified FE teacher or willingness to work towards this qualification.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging and articulating clearly to class groups.
• Efficient administration skills for maintaining accurate student records.
