Tempest Resourcing is urgently appointing a skilled and compassionate Nurture Teacher for a specialist SEN provision in Croydon / Bromley, starting September.
This is a critical role supporting pupils with SEMH and emotional regulation needs, requiring a confident practitioner who can establish trust, routine, and stability.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver structured nurture interventions to individuals and small groups
Support emotional regulation, behaviour, and engagement
Apply trauma-informed and restorative practices
Work closely with pastoral and SEN leadership teams
Maintain a calm, consistent, and supportive environment
Essential Requirements
QTS (primary or secondary)
Strong SEN / SEMH experience
Excellent behaviour and relationship-building skills
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
Contract
Full-time (part-time considered)
September start
