The Role - Behaviour Mentor
Seeking a resilient and proactive Behaviour Mentor to support pupils aged 14-19 within a KS4 and KS5 alternative provision setting. You will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping them regulate behaviour, remain engaged in lessons and build positive relationships. The role involves supporting pupils with SEMH needs and behavioural challenges, implementing behaviour strategies, promoting emotional regulation and encouraging positive attitudes towards learning within a structured and supportive environment.
The School - Behaviour Mentor
This specialist alternative provision is located in the London Borough of Bromley and is within walking distance of a nearby National Rail station. The provision supports pupils aged 14-19 who require additional behavioural, emotional and academic support to re-engage with education. The school focuses on personalised learning, strong pastoral care and helping pupils develop the skills needed to move successfully into further education, training or employment.
