WEX Advisor & Assessor (HSC & Early Years)

Location: Bromley

Pay Rate: £14.50 - £15.00 per hour

Contract: Temporary/Contract (via Randstad)

Are you a qualified Assessor with a passion for the Health & Social Care (HSC) and Early Years sectors?

Do you have the networking "spark" to build lasting relationships with employers?

We are looking for a proactive Work Experience (WEX) Advisor and Assessor to join our client's team. You will be the vital link between ambitious students and the professional world, ensuring that Level 2, Level 3, and T Level learners gain the high-quality industry placement hours they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Use your sector contacts to identify, secure, and manage work placements through cold calling, networking events, and social media.
  • Assessment & Quality: Carry out mandatory workplace observations and exam assessments in line with NCFE CACHE and T Level specifications.
  • Student Mentorship: Meet with students individually to match their career aspirations with the right employers.
  • Compliance: Perform essential Health & Safety checks and risk assessments at employer sites to ensure student welfare.
  • Reporting: Use Microsoft Excel and the Navigate portal to track attendance, behaviour, and placement progress.
What You'll Need to Succeed

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • Qualifications: A Level 3 (or higher) qualification in the Childcare/Early Years sector and a recognised Assessor Award (TAQA, A1, D32/33).
  • Sector Knowledge: A deep understanding of the Health & Social Care landscape and the specific requirements of T Level industry placements
    .
  • The "Hunter" Mentality: Proven ability to generate leads, book appointments, and "sell" the benefits of hosting a student to new and lapsed employers.
  • Tech Savvy: You must be comfortable managing data and generating reports using Microsoft Excel.

Candidate Requirements
  • Full UK Driving License (Required for site visits).
