About the Opportunity
Our client, a respected education provider, is seeking an experienced Bricklaying Lecturer to deliver engaging, high-standard teaching across Construction courses from Levels 1 to 3. This is an exciting short-term role for a passionate educator ready to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality teaching in Bricklaying and Construction
• Coordinate course groups and contribute to programme development
• Produce schemes of work, lesson plans and learning materials
• Provide academic tutorials, feedback and support
• Ensure Health & Safety standards across all teaching activities
• Assist with learner behaviour, attendance and progress tracking
• Participate in marketing, recruitment and employer engagement
• Support work experience placements and employer liaison
• Take part in standardisation, internal verification and quality assurance
• Use ILT effectively to enhance learning
• Embed English and Maths skills into lessons
• Contribute to continuous improvement through evaluation and feedback
About You
• Level 4 qualification in Construction
• Teaching qualification
• Experience delivering high-quality teaching
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Confident using a range of teaching aids and ILT
• Collaborative team player with enthusiasm for learner success
• Experience in the industry or public sector is desirable
• Assessor or IQA awards desirable
A current and valid ENHANCED DBS is required.
