Engage Partners Limited seeks a dedicated Behaviour Mentor in Bromley to join the pastoral team. You will support students inside and outside the classroom, helping them develop resilience, learning engagement and positive behaviours.
The role involves one-to-one and small group support, restorative conversations and collaboration with staff. Previous experience with SEMH and safeguarding is essential;
Enhanced DBS is required.
