Behaviour Teaching Assistant - Previous experience supporting pupils with behavioural or SEMH needs required

The Role - Behaviour Teaching Assistant
Seeking a resilient and proactive Behaviour Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 11-16 within a secondary school setting. You will work closely with teachers, pastoral staff and the SEND department to provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils who require additional behavioural and emotional support. The role involves implementing behaviour strategies, using de-escalation techniques, promoting emotional regulation and helping pupils remain engaged with their learning.
You will act as a positive role model and contribute to creating a safe, structured and supportive learning environment.
