You'll use sensory, practical and communication-based approaches to support engagement, independence and development, while working closely with Teaching Assistants, therapists and families. You'll also play an important role in creating a calm, safe and stimulating classroom where progress is recognised in all its forms. PMLD Teacher What the School is Looking For The ideal candidate will hold QTS and have experience teaching pupils with PMLD, SLD, complex needs or within a specialist SEND setting.
