Teach
360 is seeking a dedicated Youth Worker (Behaviour Mentor) to join a mainstream secondary school in Bromley on an ASAP start. You will provide 1:1, in-class and outside-class support to students, focusing on behaviour and pastoral care to help them stay engaged.
The successful candidate will work with pupils displaying challenging behaviour, building strong rapport and handling situations with calm, consistent approaches.
