An ambitious and inspirational Assistant Headteacher is required to support the Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher in driving school improvement and promoting high standards of teaching and learning within an SEMH secondary school.
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Teacher with proven leadership experience to make a significant impact across the school.
The successful candidate will lead on teaching and learning, staff development, assessment, curriculum implementation and pupil achievement whilst maintaining a 60% teaching commitment and modelling excellent classroom practice.
If you are passionate about improving outcomes for all pupils, can inspire motivate and develop staff and have experience of leading school improvement and using data to drive progress this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a strong committed leadership team within an award winning Trust with a strong moral compass setting it apart.
