Position: Care Coordinator Full training offered (Permanent)
Excellent opportunity for a Care Coordinator to join a friendly and supportive team delivering high quality care services to older people in the community. You will be given full on-the job training and development. You will need to have excellent communication skills, be trustworthy and dependable and enjoy providing first class client support. You will be working for the leading care provider in their head office and will benefit from a positive work environment and the opportunity for career development.

You will need to have excellent computer skills and be able to work in a professional, yet fast paced office environment. A company car is also potentially on offer for the right candidate. You should have some level of prior experience working within the home care sector and be a fast learner.
