We are currently recruiting for a Field Care Supervisor to maintain and develop our home care services in West Wickham
.
Responsible for implementing field based quality control systems and providing support to all Care & Support Workers within a defined area.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Spot check carers in the community, identifying good practice, identifying and reporting training concerns back to the registered manager
- Deliver high standards of care
- Participate in the paid on‑call rota
- Complete care assessments and write up Care Plans
- Build relationships with care staff and service users
- Assist the registered manager in preparing for inspections by the local authority and CQC
- Assist the care coordinator with any duties that may be required
- Salary £24,000 – £25,000 per annum

- Knowledge of CQC standards and CQC compliance (essential)
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
- Experience as Field Care Supervisor or 2 years working within health & social care (preferred)
- NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred)
