BANK Adult Speech & Language Therapy Assistant

Band 4 - £33,262 - £36,027 Inclusive HCAS per annum pro rata

An opportunity has arisen to join our Adult Community Speech and Language Therapy (ASLT) team as a Bank Band 4 Adult Speech and Language Therapy Assistant in Bromley.

We are a supportive and friendly team who will work with adults with a range of communication and swallowing disorders including voice and dysfluency. We also have specialist SLT services such as an outpatient Fibre optic Endoscopic Evaluation of swallowing (FEEs) service. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to support provision of SLT services to adults within the Bromley Healthcare services with a range of conditions such as Dementia, Parkinson’s Disease and Motor Neurone disease.

This post would suit a motivated person with prior experience in an SLT team or assistant role, or someone looking to develop skills working as an Adult SLT assistant. Driving is an essential requirement of this job. You will be provided with training appropriate for the role and we have a highly developed internal supervision structure.
