We are seeking a Scrum Master to support the successful delivery of Agile initiatives within a fast-paced environment. This role will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, enabling high-performing delivery teams, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have strong Agile delivery expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience working closely with engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coach and support delivery teams in Agile and Scrum best practices.
  • Identify, manage, and remove blockers to ensure successful sprint delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement across team processes, practices, and ways of working.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and key stakeholders to align delivery priorities and objectives.
  • Monitor team performance and delivery metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
  • Support Agile transformation initiatives and promote Agile principles across the wider organisation.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience working as a Scrum Master within Agile delivery environments.
  • Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and delivery frameworks.
  • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and remove delivery impediments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong focus on delivery outcomes and continuous improvement.
  • Experience working closely with software engineering and development teams.
  • Previous experience within a corporate environment.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master or equivalent).
  • Experience using Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure Dev Ops.
