We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join our Maintenance Team.

In this role, you will play a part in being responsible for creating and operating a viable and effective preventative maintenance programme for the whole site, including the building shell and surrounding grounds.

• Ensuring that all maintenance problems and queries are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
• Guaranteeing that all maintenance activities are carried out safely and securely, and in line with company policies and procedures and current health and safety legislation.
• Monitoring the basic fixtures and fittings of the building are maintained to the highest standards of order and tidiness at all times.
• Adhering to daily & weekly checks to ensure smooth operation of site, keeping up to date & accurate records.
• Directly managing the club Maintenance Engineer and organising work rotations and individual assignments.
• Managing the monthly budget for ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the Club in collaboration with the General Manager and Operation Manager.
• Acting as point of contact for all external technicians and companies.
• Fulfilling duty shifts when required, therefore having responsibility and accountability during the shift, controlling staffing and facility issues throughout the club.

• A technical Level 2 qualification of City & Guilds equivalent or higher.
• 5 years' experience within a relevant sector.
