Our client is looking for an experienced Helicopter Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of their ground operations. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional service to clients. You will act as a key liaison between clients, flight crews, and operational staff, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and company standards.

Helicopter Operations Manager
- Client Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service and handling all operational queries. - Flight Coordination:
Manage and book flights, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling. - Team Leadership:
Lead and manage the ground operations team, providing guidance, training, and performance management to ensure operational excellence. - Operational Planning:
Oversee daily ground operations, including aircraft handling, logistics, and coordination with flight crews. - Safety & Compliance:
Ensure all operations comply with safety standards, company policies, and aviation regulations. - Charter Management:
Coordinate charter helicopter flights, liaising with clients and internal teams to deliver a seamless experience. - Problem Solving:
Address operational challenges promptly and effectively to maintain service quality and client satisfaction.
- Proven experience in aviation operations or a similar role within the aviation industry.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and operational compliance.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in flight booking systems and operational planning tools.
