An established and growing M&E contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead the delivery of an £8m commercial fit-out project in South London.

The Role
You will take full responsibility for the mechanical package from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing the mechanical installation programme and site delivery
* Coordinating subcontractors and specialist suppliers
* Ensuring works are delivered safely and in line with programme
* Procurement of plant, materials and subcontract packages
* Cost control, reporting and financial management of the mechanical package
* Client liaison and attendance at progress meetings
* Managing quality assurance and commissioning process
* Ensuring successful handover including O&M documentation
About You
We are looking for a confident and driven Mechanical Project Manager with:
* Proven experience delivering commercial fit-out or large M&E projects (£5m+)
* Strong knowledge of HVAC, pipework, plant rooms and mechanical building services
* Experience managing programmes and coordinating multiple trades
* Commercial awareness and cost control experience
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* SMSTS (preferred)
* Relevant mechanical qualifications
