We are recruiting a Registered Care Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of an established domiciliary care service covering Bromley and Lewisham.

The service delivers approximately 1,400 care hours per week across a team of 50 staff, supporting adults aged 18+ through to elderly clients including those with dementia, learning disabilities, and those discharged from hospital.

This is a frontline leadership role working alongside a senior director focused on business development and contract growth.

• Take day‑to‑day operational responsibility for the domiciliary care service
• Lead and manage a team of 50 staff including office manager and care coordinator
• Ensure full CQC compliance, policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Oversee audits, care planning, safeguarding, and documentation
• Manage on‑call duties as part of a shared rota
• Support growth of the private client base alongside existing local authority contracts
• Maintain strong relationships with local authority commissioners
• Deliver frontline operational management while senior leadership focuses on bidding and business development

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care — essential
• Strong working knowledge of CQC compliance, policies, and procedures — essential
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care — essential
• Full UK driving licence — essential
• Disciplined, knowledgeable, and confident managing a busy operational service
