Finance Manager

We are recruiting foran experienced Finance Manager to lead and manage CASPA’s financial operations.

This role involves overseeing the charity’sfinancial management, producing budgets and management accounts and monitoring cashflow. The role also involves ensuring financial compliance, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring robust financial systems and controls are in place across the organisation.

The successful candidate will join our Senior Leadership Team,supporting the CEO and Board of Trustees and playing a pivotal role in achieving the charity’sobjectivesand future growth.

• Lead and manage CASPA’s financial operations
• Oversee the charity’sfinancial management
• Produce budgets and management accounts
• Monitor cashflow
• Support strategic decision-making
• Ensure robust financial systems and controls are in place across the organisation
• Join the Senior Leadership Team, supporting the CEO and Board of Trustees
• Play a pivotal role in achieving the charity’sobjectivesand future growth

Salary Band: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum FTE (depending on experience)

Contract Type: 1 year fixed-term contract with potential to extend

Reports to: CEO

Working Pattern
: 21 hours per week Monday - Friday

Location: Able to work at CASPA’s Oakley House Bromley office on Mondays and/or Tuesdays with hybrid-working flexibility for remaining hours. Must be able to work at venues within the Bromley borough as required.

• Confident presenting financial information and supportingorganisationaldecision-making

You will ideally have experience of charity finance, including budgeting, management accounts,cashflowforecasting, financialcomplianceand financial reporting. Knowledge of Charity SORP and accounting software such as Quick Books,Xeroor Sage would be advantageous.
