As a Deputy Manager, you'll play a key role in leading the team, driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The Role Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team as Deputy Manager. Drive sales, KPIs and commercial performance. Deliver an outstanding customer experience and lead by example. Support all aspects of store operations, including stock and visual merchandising. Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the Deputy Manager role makes a real impact on store performance. About You Previous retail management or supervisory experience, ideally within fashion or accessories.
