Salary: £36,943 - £44,900 Inc HCAS per annum pro rata (pro rata).

We are looking for Community Staff Nurses to join a dynamic, friendly team focused on patient‑centered care. The role is highly skilled, involving expertise such as PICC lines and IV set‑up.

All community nurses start at Band 5. Upon successful completion of defined clinical and non‑clinical competencies, you automatically progress to a Band 6 Senior Staff Nurse position. From there you may undertake the District Nursing course (subject to availability) and you’ll be supported if you wish to attain a District Nursing qualification.

The new pathway supports you in pursuing your chosen speciality, including specialist services such as Tissue Viability, Bladder and Bowel, Rapid Response and Nursing Rehabilitation units.

• Contribute to the holistic assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of patient care.
• Implement, monitor and maintain high standards of care.
• Re‑assess and re‑evaluate programmes of care when needed.
• Actively share best practice with the team.

Shifts:

8:15 am – 4:15 pm, 10:45 am – 6:45 pm. You will be required to work one weekend in four and must be able to meet this requirement. Additional evening and weekend shifts are available if you wish.

• Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration.
• Experience with PICC lines and IV insertion.
• Current driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Ability to work independently in patient homes and adapt to changing situations.
