Marks & Spencer in Bromley is seeking a Customer Assistant in Operations to support store effectiveness across stock, deliveries and backroom processes. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced role that keeps the shop running smoothly.
You'll work night shifts 22:00–08:00 with an unsocial premium of £3.00 per hour for hours 22:00–06:00, and you’ll use digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock, ensuring availability for customers.
