You’ll work directly with UK business owners and senior decision-makers, with autonomy to understand their funding needs and recommend suitable solutions. The culture is relationship-led rather than pressure-driven, with long-term client outcomes at the centre.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business needs, objectives and funding requirements.

• Recommend suitable commercial finance solutions through a consultative approach.

• Manage opportunities from initial enquiry through to completion.

• Develop repeat business through strong relationship management.

About You

• Experience in consultative B2B or high-value sales.

• Experience dealing with business owners, Managing Directors or senior stakeholders.

• Experience managing a sales pipeline from enquiry through to completion.
