Walmley, Birmingham | Full Time Basic Salary: up to £30,000 (DOE) OTE: £55.000 We’re looking for an experienced Sales Valuer / Lister to join a successful Walmley branch. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys winning new business, building strong relationships with clients and delivering results.
The Role You’ll be responsible for:
Carrying out property valuations and winning new instructions Generating new business and growing the branch's market share Building strong relationships with vendors and providing excellent customer service Managing the listing process from valuation through to instruction Keeping up to date with local market trends and property values Working closely with the sales team to maximize opportunities Booking and attending valuation appointments Working towards individual and branch targets About You We’re looking for someone who:
Has previous experience as a Sales Valuer / Lister Has a strong knowledge of the local property market Is confident carrying out valuations and winning instructions Is target-driven, motivated and commercially minded Has excellent communication and negotiation skills Builds rapport naturally with clients Is organized, proactive and able to work independently What's on Offer?
