Position: Bromley - Senior SW - MASH Team - £39.04 p/h Umb
Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Senior Social Worker to join the MASH Team for Bromley Council.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Managing and responding to complex safeguarding concerns within the MASH setting.

* Screening, analysing, and prioritising referrals to determine appropriate interventions.

* Completing robust risk assessments and supporting informed threshold decisions.

* Working collaboratively with partner agencies to share information and safeguard children.

* Providing support, guidance, and oversight to Social Workers within the team.

* Maintaining high-quality case recordings and reports in line with statutory guidance.

Pay Rate:
* £39.04 p/h Umbrella

Essential Requirements:

* Social Work qualification - Degree or equivalent.

* Social Work England registration.

* Significant experience working within MASH or Front Door services.

* Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation, thresholds, and multi-agency working.
