About the roleCitizens Advice Bromley, part of the national Citizens Advice network, is a thriving local advice organisation that provides information, advice and casework support to over 15,000 local people per year.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Housing Caseworker. Working with network partners you will assist in delivering crisis prevention support across the South East Region.
You will have:- A minimum of 2 years’ experience of housing advice casework through paid or voluntary experience
- Experience of completing detailed forms
- Ability to manage a caseload and assess the merits in clients’ cases as well as identifying and pursuing solutions
- The opportunity to work for an independent charity specialising in confidential information and advice to assist people with legal, debt, consumer, housing and other problems
