Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a Locum Social Worker to join the Adult Extra Care / Housing Transition Team in Bromley. The role is a full-time locum contract of 3-6 months, offering a competitive hourly rate of £32.
You will conduct Care Act assessments, guide residents through housing transitions, and work with housing providers, health professionals, and commissioners to ensure continuity of care. Applicants must be a Qualified Social Worker with current registration with Social Work
