Citizens Advice Bromley is seeking a Housing Caseworker to join our local team and deliver crisis prevention support in partnership with network colleagues across the South East Region.
You will have a minimum of two years' housing advice casework experience, be able to complete detailed forms, manage a caseload and assess merits in clients' cases, and provide confidential information and advice on legal, debt, consumer and housing issues. Interviews will take place on 3 September 2026.
