VIP AW109 Line Pilot - Biggin Hill

About the Role

We are seeking experienced helicopter pilots with a minimum of 2,000 turbine flight hours to join our VIP Charter Division. Candidates with AW109 type experience are particularly encouraged to apply.

Based at London Biggin Hill
, this position offers a dynamic and varied operational environment. The role operates on a flexible basis, with shifts offered in line with operational requirements. Travel and temporary assignments across Castle Air's operational bases may be required to support VIP charter and specialist missions.

• Deliver safe, efficient, and compliant VIP and commercial flight operations
• Maintain exceptional standards of professionalism, discretion, and customer service
• Ensure full compliance with CAA regulations, safety protocols, and company procedures
• Support operational requirements through flexible working arrangements and travel when required
• Work collaboratively to support a high-performance team culture

• CPL(H) or ATPL(H) Licence
• Minimum 2,000 hours turbine flight time
• AW109 type rating (preferred)
• Instrument Rating (IR) (preferred)
• Experience in VIP or passenger transport operations (desirable)
• Strong communication, decision‑making, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment
